Lagos After Dark — Slimcase Live in Waterloo
Slimcase brought Lagos energy straight to Medusa Lounge for a live performance the city won't forget — Afrobeats, Amapiano, Soca, Dancehall and Hip Hop all night, supported by Obamimi Entertainment. Dressed to impress, packed to the walls.
Hype & Rave
Slimcase touched down again — this time at Toop Lounge in Vaughan for Hype & Rave, with Dwise and Kabakaba on hype duty, Temmy J and DJ Kadsol on the decks, and Yangi live on the drums. Presented with Obamimi Entertainment, three weeks before he'd do it all again in Waterloo.
When The Beat Drops — Fridayz
The first of our Fridayz residency at Hidmona Lounge — DJ Poundz and MC DWise on entertainment duty, hosts Akay and Mico keeping the room moving, dressed to impress.
Crystal Vibes — Easter All White Party
An all-white Good Friday affair at Medusa Lounge — DJ Temmy J and DJ Poundz on sound, DWise on hype, Yangi live on the drums, Afrobeats through Hip Hop until 2AM.
Flowers & Jinja
Billed as the biggest Valentine's party in the Waterloo Region, and it delivered — Binty and Shantel hosted, Yangi drummed live over DJ Temmy J and DJ Raevn, with D Wise on hype duty. Family Day long weekend, roses everywhere, a room dressed to impress.
Afrobeats Rave — Detty December Edition
Our Boxing Day tradition — Detty December done right at Medusa Lounge, with host Deyemi, MC Oga Wise and Kizo Vibez, and DJ Temmy J and DJ Femak spinning Afrobeats, Amapiano, Soca, Dancehall and Hip Hop straight through to 2AM.
Afro Saturday Party
Host Yemi took over Waterloo for an Afro Saturday spanning Hip Hop, Afrobeat, Amapiano and R&B — $15 at the door, table reservations available, a proper Saturday night out.
Lamba Experience
Let's party like we are in Lagos — our biggest Toronto night yet at Ruumors, spinning everything from Naija Street Jamz to Evergreen Afrobeats and Makossa, with Yangi live on the drums and MC Kizovibes running the room.

Geedup Entertainment was born from a simple idea: create events that truly represent our culture and bring people together in ways that mainstream entertainment often misses.
What started as small gatherings in Guelph quickly grew into something bigger. Word spread about our unique approach to event production — the attention to detail, the carefully curated music, the electric atmosphere that kept people talking long after the night ended.
Today, we've expanded across Ontario, bringing our signature experiences to Toronto, Kitchener, Waterloo, London, Ottawa, and beyond. But no matter how big we grow, our mission stays the same: to create spaces where everyone feels welcome and the vibes are always right.
